Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Cadenza or using morse-trainer.app, both made by Trifoil Trailblazer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Using Cadenza and the website

• You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app.
• You must not use them for any illegal purpose, including sending messages you are not allowed to transmit.
• Morse code itself belongs to everyone. These terms cover our software, design and texts, not the code.

3. Your content

Your progress, lists and messages are yours. We claim no rights to them, and in the app they stay on your device. Postcard links you share carry their message inside the link; you decide whom you send them to.

4. Not for emergencies or licensed operation

Cadenza and the website are learning tools. Do not rely on them to send or receive distress signals or other safety-critical messages. Transmitting on radio bands may require a license where you live; that is your responsibility.

5. Cadenza Pro: subscriptions and lifetime purchase

Some features require Cadenza Pro, offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (which may include a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewals. Use Restore Purchases in the app to get it back on a new device signed in to the same store account.

6. Intellectual property

The app, the website, their design, logos and texts are owned by Trifoil Trailblazer and protected by copyright and other laws.

7. No warranty

Cadenza and the website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them accurate and working but do not guarantee that they are error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trifoil Trailblazer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Apple-specific terms

If you got Cadenza from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support and has no warranty obligations beyond those required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date; continuing to use the app or the website after that means you accept it.
